Hello, everyone! My name is Zhao Hua. I recently joined the company as a sales assistant after completing my studies in Marketing at XYZ University. It's an honor to be here today and share with you how I've been adjusting to this new environment.

工作初期

In my first month, I was eager to learn everything about our products and services. My mentor introduced me to the team and gave me a quick overview of what we do. Since then, I have organized several customer meetings and developed some basic sales strategies.

遇到的挑战

The biggest challenge for me was getting up to speed with our products quickly enough to meet daily goals. There were times when I struggled to understand the fine details of a particular product or service, but it didn't discourage me from trying harder. Over time, my confidence has grown as have the sales figures.

个人成长

I've also had the opportunity to attend some training sessions and workshops that were conducted by experienced members in our team. These experiences not only enriched my knowledge but also helped me build stronger relationships with colleagues within different departments.

未来展望

Looking forward, I hope to continue improving myself through further learning opportunities such as online courses or professional certifications. Additionally, I aspire to take on more responsibilities and eventually lead sales teams if the company allows it.
